Panel 1: Yeoh has leapt from her seat and is clinging to Salix's shoulder, trying to move behind her and away from the new person. Yeoh yells out, "Jesus fucking god!" Salix is holding in a laugh, the new person is standing stoically with their hands behind their back.
Panel 2: Yeoh is still hanging onto Salix and has a snarling look on her face as she asks, "Who is that?" Salix has thrown her head back in laughter, she cries out "Ahahaha! Your fucking face!"
Panel 3: Salix says, "Aren't they a beaut'? This here's Meredith. They'll be working with you." She gestures at Meredith who is still standing with their arms behind their back. Their wavy hair is pulled back into a high ponytail from their tanned face. Their eyes are pitch black with white irises in the center. They wear a zipped up jacket with black sleeves, a dark hood, zippered pockets on the breast, and stripes of reflective material which wrap under the chest and around the waist. They have no black and fuzzy halo around their head like Salix has.
Panel 4: Salix is brushing Yeoh away from her shoulder. Yeoh looks irritated and says, "No way. I don't keep hardware around." Salix has a black thought bubble which reads, "Let go." She looks at Yeoh unamused and says, "Rude. And inaccurate."
Panel 5: Salix grins and says, "Meredith is a soul gem android. They're magitek, not hardware. Show some fucking respect, Yeoh." Her black thought bubble reads, "Even you know the difference."
Panel 6: Meredith gestures at Salix and they say, "It's fine. Ain't like I never heard it before." Salix dismisses them with a wave of her hand and poses with her other hand on her hip saying, "Show yourself a little fucking respect while we're at it, Mere'."
