Panel 1: In the space port, Meredith leans against the door of Yeoh's ship. The ship is roughly the same size and shape as a commercial jet cut in half at the center, but the wings are much shorter than an airplane's. A large sheet of photovoltaic cells are on the top and the back end of the ship, and it's an overall very simply designed craft without any excess exterior moving parts. An alarm is beeping, the sound coming from Meredith.
Panel 2: Meredith looks down at their wrist watch as they turn the alarm off.
Panel 3: Back inside Yeoh's ship, both she and Salix are getting dressed. Yeoh fastens her jeans as she looks over her shoulder and says, "You didn't tell me they were scanning for blobs at customs." Salix is pulling her shirt on over her head and says, "I didn't know they were."
Panel 4: Salix pulls a boot on and says, "What do you care? You aren't a blob."
Panel 5: Yeoh has a distant look on her face and says, "No, but I don't know how they scan for them. They called it biometrics, but does that make sense? Blobs are basically clones, it's not like they have different DNA or anything."
Panel 6: Yeoh looks back over her shoulder at Salix who is fluffing out her hair. Salix says, "Do I look like a fucking doctor? How should I know? Besides, you're human, Yeoh. What are you worried about?"
